How does price per m² vary across Singapore, and how has each area been repriced over time?
Singapore's resale transactions come from the public HDB dataset, which is published at town level (Ang Mo Kio, Tampines, Bedok, and so on) rather than the postcode or street granularity the area charts on London, New York, and Paris rely on. Without consistent fine-grained geography we cannot build a like-for-like price-per-m² series by area here.
